  • Arthur D. Little conducted a SIM (Structured Idea Management) workshop, including stimulation material, in order to come up with further ideas and platforms to perform
  • Stimulation material included:

    • Megatrends
    • Industry futures and ideal competitor

  • Building on four outside-in stimuli the participants developed 15 high priority concepts
  • The 15 high priority concepts have a sales potential of EUR 500 600 million and a cost saving potential of EUR 20 million
